What is thermal conductive double-sided tape?
Thermal conductive double-sided adhesive products are made by filling high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive with high thermal conductivity ceramic particles and coating them on both sides of glass fiber cloth or without substrate. Thermal conductive double-sided tape has the characteristics of high-performance thermal insulation, low thermal impedance, high adhesion, good retention, strong weather resistance, soft and comfortable, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and easy operation.
Thermal conductive double-sided tape is widely used in bonding heat sinks, heat dissipation modules, CPU microprocessor heat dissipation, LED fluorescent lamp heat dissipation, filling gaps between PCBs, metal components, and chassis. 1. The product is stored at room temperature and 65% RH environment.
2. Using the product within 12 months after the production date can achieve good performance.
